Terms of Service.
Park Hotel Banquet Hall Rates $250- Get room with tables and chairs you are responsible for all set up and clean up.
If you want someone to clean up after your event it will cost an additional $50.
Staffing rates: More than $500 in liquor sales- no extra charges Less than $500 in liquor Sales- $15/hr $1000 in total sales combined the room fee is waived
Example: Have an event from 3pm to 10 pm and have liquor sales of $200 the room cost is: Room Fee: $250 Bartender Fee: $105 TOTAL: $355.00 Have event from 3pm to 10 pm and have liquor sales of $500 the room cost is: Room Fee: $250.00 Bartender Fee: $0.00 Total Cost: $250.00 Have event from 3pm to 10pm with liquor sales of $500, and food sales of $500 you just pay for what you ordered. (18% gratuity added to the food sales). It also includes setting up the tables and cleaning up afterwards. *All events will require a $100 refundable security deposit to hold the room, plus a contract must be signed. *All Room fees must be paid prior to the start of your event. *You may bring in your own soda, but all ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES must be purchased from the Park Lounge (ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL)
